Configuring your safety stock

In PostCo 360, there is a feature called 'Minimum exchange inventory' found under Return Policy:

This feature ensures that you always will have some stock available for exchanges to prevent overselling to customers. The feature is tied to your product variant's stock on Shopify:

If a customer tries to exchange for a product variant that falls on or below the number you have entered, the message 'Sorry, this item is not available for exchange' will pop up. As for items with 0 stock (in this case, it is the Size 36 / White variant), the message 'Sorry, this item is out of stock' will appear:
