      Explanation

      Shopify products edited from zero variant to existing variant cannot be returned or exchanged
      This is due to how Shopify stores variants. When a product does not have variants, Shopify creates a variant of the product with a [DEFAULT TITLE]. However, when the same product has variants added to it, the [DEFAULT TITLE] variant gets hidden and cannot be queried out.
      Case sensitivity for Order ID
      Currently, all Order IDs keyed in by customers must be case-sensitive.
      Error message when inputting order on return centre: "Could not find the order with that ID and email."
      There are several things to look out for to prevent this error from happening:
      1. Make sure that the order contains items that are live on the Shopify store
      2. Make sure that the order ID is case-sensitive
      3. Make sure that the order has a customer assigned to it, with a valid email and/or phone number
      If you have tried all of these and the order still fails, do get in touch with us and we will do our best to solve the issue for you.
      Error message when inputting order on return centre: "Cannot read property '0' of undefined"
      There are several things to look out for to prevent this error from happening:
      1. Make sure that the order contains items that are live on the Shopify store
      2. Make sure that the order ID is case-sensitive
      3. Make sure that the order is fulfilled
      4. Make sure that the order has a customer assigned to it, with a valid email and/or phone number
