Can you make returns ineligible for a store-wide sale?
Currently, this feature is not available, but we suggest a workaround by taking note of the first order number and last order number of the sale season, and reject all returns that fall between those numbers.
For example, if you had a store-wide sale that started on 1 January 2020 and ended on 3 January 2020, take note of the first and last order that was fulfilled during the store-wide sale period:

In this case, you can disqualify and reject all orders that fall between order number #1000 ~ #1005 with the rejection reason "Seasonal sale items cannot be returned".
