Can customers edit their return orders?
As long as the retailer has not yet reviewed the order, customers are allowed to edit their order. This is what it would look like for the customer if they input their order ID and email for a 'pending' order:
After reviewing, editing the order is not possible. Any editing will have to happen offline after the confirmation of their order submission. This is to prevent any mix-up / miscommunication between the retailer and the customer i.e. customer requesting to exchange for a different item after the item has been shipped.
