Enabling image upload
Currently, image uploads are mandatory for items that are returned because they are damaged. When customers try to return damaged goods, they will be prompted with a request to upload image(s):
On the PostCo 360 dashboard, you can view the photos by clicking on the 👁 icon:
Kindly note that image upload is currently only available for the reason 'Damaged item'. The feature to modularise photo upload will be available soon - stay tuned!
