Returns: Disabling Exchanges

If you want to disable exchanges for your customers, you may do so by configuring your Minimum Exchange Inventory into an impossible number, e.g. 10,000. By doing so, the 360 app won't be able to initiate any exchanges for any of your products - unless you have over 10,000 of them in stock!
