With PostCo 360, customers can choose a number of shipping options for their convenience:

  1. Mail
    The traditional method. Simply allow customers to decide how they get their parcel back to you. Cost and tracking are all customer-borne.

  2. Drop-Off
    Allow your customers the ability to return their parcels from any of our locations! Customer-borne fees available. Tracking is free, and printer-less options are available.
    *Available only in Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam. Requires activation from an onboarding specialist.
    Choose from any of Sendle's drop off locations, available with tracking and notifications. *Available only in Australia. Requires activation from an onboarding specialist.

  3. Courier Pick-Up
    Do your customers prefer to have their parcels picked up from the comfort of their home? PostCo engages with the best couriers in your region to provide a courier-pick up request. Your customers will have to decide on a time and date of preference once you have approved their request. Customer-borne fees available. Tracking is free, and printer-less options are available.

  4. In-Store (coming soon!)
    Do you have a store? Drive loyalty by creating unique post-purchase touchpoints for your customers and interacting with them for their returns and exchanges.
