Courier Pick-up Returns

COVID-19 has impacted the way we live. To adhere to the principles of social distancing, we have enabled Courier Pick-Up as a return option for all our PostCo 360 customers. By enabling this option, customers can convert their living rooms into store changing rooms, and request our courier partners to deliver any other products back to your warehouses.

Customers will receive an email with instructions to select their preferred date and time of pickup once retailers approve the return requests. Our courier partners will then get in touch with the customers for any additional courier arrangements.

Lacking a printer should also not pose a problem. PostCo 360 enables customers to use other return labels, such as the ones they received with the order. They would simply need to add in their alternative tracking number for our courier partners to recognise the correct parcel.
