Disqualifying returns for discounted items

To disallow items with a certain discount amount to from being returned (e.g. no returns for items with discounts greater than 10%), you can set up a rule to this effect. You can set this by percentage, as shown below, or by value (e.g. $10). When this rule is in place, a customer who has a discounted item will not be able to proceed with the request for that particular item.
