How do I check if an existing gift card is cancelled when unarchiving the return request?
Follow these steps to check if the gift card is cancelled:
- In the unarchive confirmation modal, click on "gift card" to open a new tab with the gift card order.

In the gift card order on Shopify, scroll down to the Timeline section, click on the "Shopify scheduled 1 gift card for fulfillment" dropdown, then click on the gift card code to be redirected to the gift card page.

The gift card is cancelled if a "Disabled" badge is shown beside the gift card code. Otherwise, the gift card is not cancelled.
