We understand that you may have several fulfilment locations for your inventory. As customers submit return requests via your portal, you may direct certain return orders to various warehouse locations.
Our multi-return addresses allows you to add different locations to receive your return shipments. With this setup, you can:
- Enforce policy rule to direct return shipments to your preferred location
- Reduce the return cost of international return shipments
On top of the default return location, you may add new locations in your retailer dashboard. The steps are fairly simple, you may include the name and address of the specific destination as shown below.
** Don’t forget to create a policy rule to direct customers’ shipments to your preferred warehouse!
