Can I edit the return method after return request submission?
You can now edit the return method of a return order for an existing return request. For example, customer may have initially lodged an exchange but would like to change to a refund after. You will be able to access the edit button, as long as the status of the return request is still in 'pending', 'approved', or 'received'.
Note: You would not be able to edit the return method if the exchange order, discount code or gift card has already been created.
