Requesting an exchange, store credit, or refund for an exchange item
Customers may request to refund or exchange an exchange item. Let's say a customer purchased a shirt from your store but later decided to exchange for a different size. However, after receiving the new size, they may want to opt for another exchange for a different size or colour.
In this scenario, you can enable our Exchanges on Exchanges feature if your return policy allows customers to request an exchange or store credit for an exchange item.
Here is what you’ll need to do:
Step 1: Get in touch with PostCo to enable the setting on the backend.
Step 2: Create a policy rule to only allow specific return methods. For instance, store credit and exchanges only, no refund.
