Branding your returns center

Branding your returns center is essential in making sure that your customers feel like they are still within your store, instead of being redirected to a third-party app. You can make customizations directly from the Customize page from your PostCo 360 dashboard:

1. Logo

The logo is displayed at the top of your returns center.
To upload the logo image, simply drag and drop or select the image file to be uploaded under Logo Image and click Save.

Please note that the background color of the image will be included in the final logo, so we recommend removing background colors before uploading.

2. Background image

The background is displayed on the main (first) page of your returns center.

To upload the background image, simply drag and drop or select the image file to be uploaded under Background Image and click Save.

3. URL

This is the URL to your returns center. Your default URL* starts with "360.postco.co/" followed by your preferred name (usually your store's name).

*We offer customized URL across our Pro, Premium and Enterprise plans, please contact our sales team.

4. Page Title + Favicon

This field allows you to define the page title of your returns center. Note that the default page title will be "PostCo 360: Returns Center" if left blank:

The favicon is located right next to your page title.
To upload the favicon image, simply drag and drop or select the image file to be uploaded under Favicon Image and click Save.

5. Order ID Header and Placeholder

The Order ID header on your returns center can be renamed. In addition, if your order IDs have a specific format (e.g. prefix or suffix), you can include an example in the placeholder for your customers' reference:

6. Order Email/Phone Number Header and Placeholder

You can also rename the Order Email/Phone Number Header. Similar with the order ID placeholder, you may include a placeholder with an email address or phone number as an example for your customers:
