I have a different return window for domestic and international orders. How do I set that up?

Here's how you can set up different return window for local and international orders. Let's assume that you have a 14-day return window for local UK returns and a 30-day return window for international returns.

Step 1: Set up your general return window

Under Return Settings, you can insert your maximum return window which in this case here is 30 days.

Step 2: Create custom policy rule

Under Policy Rules, you can now create a return rule to determine the return window for your local orders within the UK by setting up a Condition where order shipping country includes 'United Kingdom' with return window as '14' days as the Outcome.

After this rule is activated, all local orders within the UK will have a 14-day return window whereas all international orders outside the UK will have a 30-day return window.
