I would like to resolve my customer's return request but I don't need the item to be returned back. What do I do?
There are cases where it is not economically sensible for your customers to return the items to you. For example, a damaged product not in a good condition to be resold or possibly costs lower than the return shipping fee itself. In this case, you may want to proceed with the refund or exchange for your customer without having the items back sent back to you.
To activate Keep Items feature, toggle the icon to enable or disable. This can be found under return settings. Alternatively, you may reach out to our support team at email@example.com for further assistance.
