Extended return window based on order creation
You can set an extended return window based on the order creation date. This rule can be useful during the holiday season or during the release of a new collection, to allow all customers who have placed an order within a certain time frame to have extra time to return.
For example, you might want to offer a 60-day return window for all orders placed in the month of December in case they were given as gifts. Here's how you can set this rule up:
Please note that the time window here will override the return window in the Return Settings, as it would generally be a longer time window that the standard one.
