Define your return window

You can define your return window on the Return Settings page of your PostCo 360 dashboard. This return eligibility window is the number of days from the date of order fulfillment* for which a return request can be submitted:

When customers attempt to submit a return request after the return window, they will not be able to proceed:

*To define your return window based on the date of delivery, click on Advanced Settings to get it enabled. Kindly note that there will be an additional charge of $0.10 per tracking number.
