Setting up Ineligible Product Types

You can now use Product  Type as a Policy Rule condition to disqualify certain items from being returned. All you need to do is set up the Type in your Shopify Products page, and match it up in the Policy Rule condition as shown below. 

First, set the Product Type within Shopify. 

Next, create the Policy Rule and match the Type.

Once you save the policy rule, all products with the Type you have entered into the policy rule condition will now be non-returnable. When customers try to return products tagged as ineligible, they will see this message and will not be able to proceed with the return of this particular product.
