Export your Analytics through the Reports tab to dive deeper into your return insights! With the date field on the upper right hand corner, you can view the data by time period (e.g. Q3, after the drop of new collections, holiday seasons, etc.). With our pre-filtered reports, you'll also be able to focus your return insights on some key points.
Select the data that you wish to export under each category - 'Questions', 'Return Reasons', and 'Returns'. Note that the exported return report will be emailed to the email address listed under 'Export Reports' in your Notification settings.
Please note that exporting analytics is only available for our Pro, Premium and Enterprise plans. Please speak out to your Account Manager to learn more!
