How to access and manage add-ons?
To manage add-ons, simply log in to your PostCo dashboard and navigate to the Billing section. There, you’ll find the respective charges reflected in your monthly subscription bill.

Subscribing to an add-on
To subscribe to an add-on, click on your preferred feature and go ahead to click on the unlock feature button.

Unsubscribing an add-on
If you wish to unsubscribe from any add-ons you have previously subscribed, you have the flexibility to do so at any time. Simply log in to PostCo dashboard and navigate to the Billing section. There, you will find the option to unsubscribe from specific add-on(s).

I am on the monthly subscription plan, how would add-ons be charged?
Billing for add-ons are synchronised with your monthly billing cycle. When you activate an add-on, the charges will be prorated* and added to your monthly subscription fee.
I am on the annual subscription plan, how would add-ons be charged?
Billing for add-ons are synchronised with your annual billing cycle. When you activate an add-on, the charges will be prorated* and added to your annual subscription fee.
I’d like to unsubscribe for add-ons, do I get a refund?
Once an add-on has been activated, it is considered as part of your subscription for the corresponding billing period, and the charges associated with add-ons are non-refundable.
* If you decide to subscribe to an add-on at a later point, the charges will be prorated based on your remaining subscription period.
