Editing return reasons

In the Return Reasons section, you can customize the list of return reasons displayed to customers when they initiate a return request

You can also make it mandatory for customers to upload images or include an extra note before they can proceed to complete their return request.

To assign return label/shipping fees based on return reasons, you can navigate to the Policy Rules page on your PostCo 360 dashboard and set up a rule based on this example.
