Customising sender and sender email address

The notifications that are sent to your customers will have a sender name and a sender email address that looks like this:

To change the sender and sender email, head over to the Notifications tab and go to 'Email details':

Editing the fields would change the emails accordingly:


Note that if a customer replies to the notifications, they will be copied and sent to the reply-to email address. We recommend putting your customer support team's email address in this field.
