I would like the descriptions of the return methods amended in my return center. Is that possible?
Yes, that is definitely possible!
We understand that some of you may like the return methods (refunds, store credit and exchanges) to be worded differently in your returns center. For example, you may want to communicate to your customers about receiving an extra 10% store credit if they were to opt in for a store credit refund. This way you can minimize your refunds by incentivizing your customers to receive a store credit to spend more at your store :)
For the time being, you may reach out to your Account Manager to get the descriptions for your return methods amended.
