Can I disqualify certain items from being returned?

Yes, if you have certain items that you do not accept returns for, you can disqualify them either by Product Tag or Product Type. Some examples of these might be sale items, intimates, socks, masks, makeup, etc. 

Once you have set your Product Tags or Type up, when a customer tries to return the item they will be shown an error message stating that "This item is not available for return."
