Missing customs information for international returns

There are instances where your international customers are unable to proceed with their return request due to an error calculating rate for shipping. This error occurred when your product is missing a HS code or the country of origin.

To ensure a smooth return process for international customers, please make sure you have both the country of origin and HS code set up for your products on Shopify. This can be updated under the Shipping section of the products on Shopify (as shown below).
