How do you calculate return volume?

Return volume is calculated based on the number of return requests submitted by your customers - i.e. the number of return requests in the 'All' tab under 'Manage Returns'. Alternatively, you can refer to the 'Total Returns' in your 'Analytics' page in your dashboard.
