Installing PostCo 360

Congratulations on installing PostCo 360!

Upon installation, get started by filling out your details on our onboarding page:

Let's walk through each one of these fields!

Return Page URL
This is the URL to your returns center. Your default return portal URL* starts with "360.postco.co/" followed by your preferred name (usually your store's name). 

*To use your own domain for your returns portal and have it embedded into your Shopify page, contact our sales team.

Return Policy Link
This is where your customers will be directed to read through your store's detailed return policy. This will be included on your returns center:

Phone Number
This phone number will not be displayed to your customers, and serves only as a means for the PostCo 360 team to reach you in the event that there's something urgent.

Return Address
This is the destination address for all your customers' returns.

Once you have completed the onboarding form, proceed by clicking Save!
