Carrier accounts and return shipping fee
We are integrated with over 50 major carriers worldwide including USPS, DHL, Australia Post, Royal Mail (OBA), DPD, and more. You have the option to either automate your return shipping labels directly from your own preferred carrier account or simply use ours, across all plans.
Own preferred carrier account
We will not charge you any shipping fees should you decide to connect your own carrier account to our app. However, please note that a small processing fee applies for customer-borne shipping with transactions via our payment gateway.
Shipping fees will be charged directly to your carrier account as per your existing billing arrangement with the carrier. To check out our available carrier options, our support team at email@example.com is here to help or you could submit your carrier account credentials here.
Using PostCo's network of carrier accounts
You will be billed separately outside of Shopify on a monthly basis, where an invoice along with the payment information will be sent at the beginning of the next calendar month to your nominated billing email address.
