"Free" policy rules
For all plans, we provide two "free" rules for your perusal. While these rules are widely implemented by our users, if you prefer not to use them, you can simply deactivate them. These rules will not count towards your overall policy rule quota.
The first rule is titled 'Customer borne shipping' and assigns the shipping fee of the return based on the customer's return reason. As you can see, the Condition and Outcome are pre-selected and cannot be edited, but the variables (e.g. return reasons) can be customized.
The second rule is titled 'Ineligible product tags' and allows you to disqualify certain items from being returned based on the Product Tag set on Shopify. Similarly, while the Condition and Outcome are pre-selected and cannot be edited, you can customize the rule with the Product Tags.
